Executive Director – Before & After School Care

Location: Wyoming, OH  

Hours: Full-time 35 hours weekly (primarily afternoons)
Compensation: Based on experience
Reports to: Board of Trustees

Wyoming Before & After School Care is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to lead our childcare program serving elementary-aged children. This role includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling family communication, and ensuring a safe, enriching environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise program staff

  • Oversee enrollment and licensing compliance

  • Communicate with families and school personnel

  • Manage billing and budgets

  • Be onsite during after-school hours (2:30–6:00 PM) and flexible in mornings as needed

Qualifications:

  • Degree in education or related field preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Administrative experience a plus

  • Must meet state health and background check requirements

Benefits:
